As a member of the Diversity Trust, Khesha has been actively engaged in advancing Equality, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (EDE&I) in professional settings. Her contributions include working on a wide range of initiatives, from shaping policies and report writing to leading qualitative and quantitative research, facilitating focus groups to creating surveys and working on various projects.  She has also delivered training nationally and internationally.

Khesha holds a level 5 qualification in Equality, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Management (Chartered Management Institute), is certified as a Mental Health First Aider and has a degree in Sociology (Durham University). Her professional background is within the employment industry in: Corporate Social Responsibility, EDE&I, HR and Recruitment.
