Judith Fitzsimons is an Associate Consultant for The Diversity Trust, delivering training on topics including:

• Crossing the Line 1: Understanding sexual violence and harassment in the workplace
• Crossing the Line 2: Sexual violence and harassment active bystander training
• Equality, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
• Achieving Cultural Competence
• Diversity in Practice: Engaging with Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans (LGBT) Communities
• Responding to Domestic Abuse

Judith is an experienced facilitator, trainer, coach, and consultant. Her areas of expertise include Responding to Domestic Abuse, LGBT+ Community Awareness, Understanding Intersectionality and Achieving Cultural Competence.

Judith holds a BA in English and Social Anthropology (Queen’s University Belfast) and an MA in Gender, Culture and Development (University of Sunderland). She has 26 years of frontline, strategic, policy, and leadership experience in the Domestic Abuse sector and over 10 years of experience as a trainer and facilitator. In 2021, Judith implemented the ongoing Anti-Racist Practice training course for a national charity, in collaboration with Black, Asian and Minoritised experts. She also regularly delivers training programmes on Understanding Intersectionality.

With over 20 years experience, Judith is well placed to facilitate conversations on challenging topics, especially around sexual harassment, domestic abuse, intersectionality and achieving cultural competence.
