We recently partnered with Diversity Trust to deliver two training sessions for our leadership team. One on Inclusive Leadership and a second on Preventing Harassment. Both sessions were delivered with exceptional knowledge, clarity, and impact. The facilitators created a space for open discussion, practical reflection, and behavioural insight. Feedback from all attendees has been overwhelmingly positive, and the training has already started to influence how we think and lead as a team.
