The Trans Plus Health Survey is part of a community-based research project, being delivered by the Diversity Trust, and funded by our Local Healthwatch. It is designed to find out about the health and wellbeing of Trans people in our local area; and about Trans people’s experiences of local services.

The survey is online and should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. All your answers are anonymous. The survey is online until 31st October 2017.

  • Trans is an umbrella term for people whose gender identity and / or gender expression diverges in some way from the sex they were assigned at birth. We are keen to receive input from people who may not identify as Trans but who may have difficulties accessing health services because of gender identity related issues.
  • Local Healthwatch area includes: Bristol, Bath & North East Somerset, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Swindon and Wiltshire.
